Join as we gather together to connect. Co-regulate in unity as a collective for monthly calm relaxing meditation sound bath therapy sessions. Balance self & ground with us in nature. A gentle invitation to come receive! We start by setting our intention, breath coaching, followed with tea & a snack in sharing circle •60-90min@45$-60$ per person •75$-90$ bring a friend •90$-100$ bring 2 friends •5-12ppl limit to keep the experience intimate & deeply immersive

RETREATS
✨ Unite at Our sweet paradise escape!! Day retreat includes Opening Ceremony with intention setting & breath regulation Followed by Forest/Sound Bathing. After we will have Tea, snacks & Sharing etc….Moving into a float down the Shuswap river where we let all our troubles float away!! Returning to our Paradise property for Holistic Nutritional Dinner with home made dishes. Ending the day around the Fire in a Guided meditation trance like drumming circle and closing ceremony.
